2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. Processing regularly takes place only with consent or where a statutory permission applies (Art. 6 DSGVO).
3. Hosting & server log files
This website is operated on a server in Germany. On every access, data is automatically collected in server log files: among others IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, error-free operation (Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO). The log files are deleted after a short time, unless they are needed to investigate misuse.
4. Cookies & tracking
This website sets no tracking or analytics cookies and integrates no external analytics services.
5. Getting in touch
If you contact us by email, we process your information to handle the inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO (pre-contractual measures) or lit. f (legitimate interest). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
6. User account & registration
To use the products you have booked, you can create a user account. In doing so we process the data provided (in particular name, company, role/position, email and access credentials) to set up and manage the account and to contact you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO) as well as performance of the contract (lit. b). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by email to Anfrage@carlogspro.de. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.
7. Data processing / recipients
To provide the website, we use service providers (e.g. hosting) on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 DSGVO). No transfer to third countries takes place.
8. Storage period
We store personal data only as long as required for the respective purposes or as prescribed by statutory retention periods.
9. Location data in the app
When you finalise a record in the app and grant your device’s location permission, the current GPS position (latitude/longitude, accuracy, timestamp) can be captured and stored as part of the tamper-evident document. The purpose is to document where the record was created. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withhold at any time by denying the location permission; the record remains valid without a location. The position is included in the cryptographic content hash and therefore cannot be altered afterwards without detection.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO). The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf.
