The Vehicle Record

The digital, gapless vehicle record.

The product is not the individual PDF but an immutable record per vehicle (VIN) that grows across the entire lifecycle — every event as a chained, tamper-evident record.

One history per vehicle

What makes the record complete

These record types fill the vehicle record.

Every event is its own immutable record (inspection + optional transfer of responsibility). Together they form the gapless history. Green = two-stage (intake + return/handover with before/after comparison).

The transaction type automatically determines the mandatory photos, checklists and whether capture is two-stage (intake + return).

Immutable by design

Created once, forever tamper-proof.

Every completed record is sealed with a SHA-256 hash and linked into the vehicle's hash chain. Even the smallest change to text or photo would alter the hash — and be immediately noticed. Signatures with name & time from driver, customer and witness.
